SECTION B 

I Undertake to present a Medical Certificate of Fitness of my child/ward on the first day of the term.

{a} To accept the running of the school authorities in all matters of the school discipline. 

{b} To accept full responsibility for damage to person and /or property in the school arising from students violent demonstration in which my child/ward unfortunately took part. 

{c} In the event of redrawing my child/ward, I shall give a terms notice in writing or pay a term's fee in lieu of notice. 

{d} Students must constantly remember that fees once paid is not refundable.
